The fun of horse riding at Pembroke House School

Most children fear riding horses. They think horse riding is for adults only but this is not true; children too can be good horse riders. A person who rides a horse is called a jokey. In most cases jokeys participate in races. When tamed, horses live in stables and they are one of the most loyal animals.

Most children fear riding horses. They think horse riding is for adults only but this is not true; children too can be good horse riders. A person who rides a horse is called a jokey. Horse riding is fun and is like any other sport children enjoy.

Horse riding can be part of the activities that children do at school.

Most of our East African Schools do not have horse riding but at Pembroke House School in Kenya, children find a lot of fun riding horses.

Pembroke House School is located in Gingili an area Kenya. It is an international school with children from Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, UK and Dubai just to mention a few.

Horses are not only used for riding. They are also a good means of transportation. Horses can carry loads and people to different places.

This has made horses one of the most expensive animals. They can have a lifespan of 20 to 40 years of age.
