Century Park Hotel and Residence, an all-in-one residential and leisure park hotel in Kigali has signed two partnerships with internationally recognized hotel management groups.

Those are a hotel management company, Aleph Hospitality and one of the world-leading hotel groups, ACCOR.

Signed on Thursday, March 3 in a colorful event held at the hotel’s premises in the calm hills of Nyarutarama, the partnership will see the two hospitality outlets joining hands with the Rwandan-based hotel to offer the best experience to their clientele.

According to the agreement, Century Park will control the soon-to-be built M-Gallery Hotel, which will be the first ACCOR-branded facility in Rwanda.

M-Gallery Hotel will be a luxurious facility featuring beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, leisure facilities including an outdoor pool, gym, spa as well as conferences and meeting rooms.

Meanwhile, Aleph Hospitality will come in to manage Century Park Hotel alongside its' Billy’s bBar and Bistro as well as the incoming M-Gallery hotel.

Aleph have an experience in managing hotels directly for owners, either on franchise basis for branded properties or as a white label operator for independently branded hotels.

Delivering his remarks during the ceremony, the Century Park founder, Cheung Yiu Tung said that this partnership will help position Rwanda as a major travel destination. 

"We are thrilled by bringing to Rwanda a unique business model leveraging on the network and expertise of these two major players, and we have to renovate to an international level considering where Rwanda is heading,” he said.

Located in Kigali’s esteemed neighborhood of Nyarutarama, Century park offers a unique lifestyle destination with luxury villas, two and three bedroom apartments, four and five bedroom duplexes and penthouses as well as three restaurants and bars.
