Yvan Ngenzi to perform at ‘Twende Jerusalem’ Israel tour

GOSPEL ARTISTE, Yvan Ngenzi will perform alongside Israel Mbonyi who is the major face in the Israel’s Twende Jerusalem tour.

Organised by Go Tell World Exposures, with the support of the Israel embassy in Rwanda, Twende Jerusalem is an exposure program that aims at promoting the Youth in creative/performance Art, music, ICT and Agritech.

Taking place from April 16 to 24, the tour will bring together Rwandan and Israel music lovers in the same worship mood.

Speaking to The New Times, Ngenzi expressed gratitude and promised to deliver his best during the concerts, empowered by the Holyspirit.

"It is such an amazing thing to see a traditional gospel artist like me being chosen to perform in the Israel tour, which means that the tour is valuing Rwandan and Israel cultural tools, compositions in this particular case,” he told The New Times in an exclusive interview.

The ‘Ntahemuka’ hit maker will be performing alongside Israel Mbonyicyambu who will be the major face in the 9-days musical tour.

Apart from the artistes, up to 150 other music lovers will travel to attend the concerts that will coincide with the Easter season.

Registration is ongoing and participant swill be required to pay $2,800.

Participants will have the chance to attend the concerts and witness with their eyes some of the famous biblical places like Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Galilee, Dead Sea, Bethlehem, the Jordan River, Capernaum and the garden of Gethsemane.

"We shall be on a private charter flight and the registration will close by the end of February. All Rwandan residents are prioritised but we shall also have Kenyans and Congolese on board,” said Betty Hadassah, the CEO of Go Tell World Exposures.

Apart from the Rwandan delegation, Avraham Tal who is a renowned Gospel Israel singer will also perform in the two concerts.
