ENGLISH League One side Ipswich Town are interested in signing Rwandan youngster Noam Emeran on loan from Manchester United in the January 2022 transfer window.

The third tier side have now appointed former Manchester United assistant coach Kieran McKenna to lead the team and Times Sport can confirm that he is ready to bring in a host of players from the Academy of the Red Devils to beef up his side.

So far, those he is eyeing to swoop for are Noam Emeran, Anthony Elanga, Tendon Mengi, Dylan Levitt and Shola Shola Shoretire. He worked with all these players previously in the United Academy.

Emeran, 19, appended his signature to a professional contract with Manchester United in 2019 but injuries have limited his playing time this season as he has only made one appearance for the club’s Under 23 side in the Premier League 2.

The talented winger who was born in France is the son of former Amavubi defender Fritz Emeran Nkusi.

He previously played for the youth side of French outfit Amiens before being signed by former Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer three seasons ago.
