King James, Buravan to perform with Koffi Olamide this weekend

RENOWNED POP SINGERS King James and Buravan have been added to the line-up of performers of the Koffi concert in Kigali, which is set to take place this weekend December 4.

The concert will also feature a fast-rising artiste namely Chris Hat who won the attention and admiration of many music lovers in Kigali.

Many were thrilled by the return of King James on the stage, after spending years without interacting with his fans on mega shows.

His headlining act was confirmed by the organisers tweet that said, "You haven’t seen him perform for a while make sure you get your ticket you don’t wanna miss this”.

The show is one of a series of events organised by top event promoter Bruce Intore, and sponsored by Skol Rwanda.

Antoine Christophe Agbepa Mumba known professionally as Koffi Olomidé, 65, is a Congolese Soukus singer, dancer, producer, and composer, who have several gold records in his career.

He is the founder of the Quartier Latin International orchestra with many notable artists, including Fally Ipupa and Ferré Gola.

On the same day, top Nigerian musician Ric Hassani will headline the Fantasy Music concert at Kigali Convention Centre.

The singer, whose famous songs include 'Selfie', 'Effrakata', and 'Dossier du Jour' among others, will be performing in Kigali for the second time since 2016.

Tickets for the event are available for early birds at Rwf10,000 for regular, Rwf30, 000 VIP, Rwf50, 000 for VVIP areas and Rwf500,000 for a table of six people.
