Rayon Sports will be eager to continue make it two wins in a space of days when they take on high-flying Espoir in the national football league on Wednesday in Rusizi.

The Blues coach Masudi Djuma said on Tuesday that his team will be out to make amends against Moussa Gatera’s early season surprise package.

"We have to play a smart game if we are to get all three points against Espoir this season,” the Burundian admitted

He said, "Espoir have made a perfect start and I expect them to take the game to us in-front of their fans and so we’ll need to be able to contain whatever is thrown at us. The strategy will be to take the game to them.”

However, Espoir coach Moussa Gatera said his club’s ambition has always been to maintain a perfect record at home.

"We are facing one of the best sides in the league, who should not be taken lightly but winning this game remains our top priority. We have had fairly good performances so far and we hope to maintain a perfect start,” Gatera said.

Elsewhere, Police will host Marines, Gicumbi take on table leaders AS Kigali, Bugesera face Rutsiro, Etoile d’Est will be up against Gasogi United while Etincelles host SC Kiyovu.

After five rounds, AS Kigali leads the table with three wins and two draws and are followed by Rayon Sports, Gasogi United and SC Kiyovu with ten points each.
