It was a great weekend of fantastic display by some of the Rwandan players abroad as the likes of Meddie Kagere scored for Simba in the CAF Confederations Cup whereas Abdul Rwatubyaye, Ange Mutsinzi and a couple of others excelled for their respective clubs.

Central defender Abdul Rwabutyaye lasted full throttle for Shkupi who walloped Struga by three goals to nothing

France

Elsewhere in France, Bryan Ngwabije played 90 minutes for Lyon-La Duchere who thrashed Mulhouse by three goals to nothing.

Sweden

In the Superattan League, midfielder Rafael York replaced Ismet Lushaku with three minutes to full time as AFC Eskilstuna piped Landskrona BOIS by a lone goal to nothing.

Midfield enforcer Djihad Bizimana played 71 minutes for KMSK Deinze who went away to draw 2-2 with RWDM

Also in the fourth tier, midfielder Samuel Gueulette played 90 minutes for RAAL La Louvière who maintained their top spot on the league with a convincing 3-1 win over RCS Verlaine

Georgia

Thierry Manzi was on the bench for Dila Gori who were battered 3-1 by Telavi

Armenia

Salomon Nisirake was on the bench for FC Urartu who lost 2-0 to his former club Pyunik Yerevan

Portugal

Ange Mutsinzi enjoyed another 90 minutes for CD Trofense as they went away to beat Lexoies 2-1

Norway

Goalkeeper Clement Buhake Twizere replaced Simen Lillevik Kjellevold in the 46th minute as Strommen went away to beat Bryne 2-0.

Cyprus

Kevin Monnet-Paquet played 58 minute for Aris Limmasol who drew goalless with Paphos.

CAF Confederations Cup

Goalkeeper Emery Mvuyekure was an unused substitute for Tusker FC as they drew 0-0 at home with CS Sfaxien.

Midfielder Mirafa Nezeyimana was not in the Zanaco squad as they beat Binga FC by three goals to nothing in the CAF champions league.
