Rwanda vs Morocco 17pm

The national volleyball team will take on Morocco in the quarterfinals on Saturday evening hoping to book a spot in the semi-finals of the ongoing CAVB African Volleyball Championships at the Kigali Arena.

The game gets underway at 5pm CAT.

Rwanda advanced to the quarter-finals as the leaders of Group A after beating Uganda 3 sets to 2 on Friday night.

The eight teams that qualified for CAVB African Volleyball Championships are Morocco, Egypt, Uganda, Tunisia, DRC, Cameroon, Rwanda and Nigeria.

Cameroon will battle Nigeria in the first quarterfinal match-up today, before Tunisia take on DRC.

In other games, Egypt takes on Uganda and later the hosts Rwanda will face off with Morocco.

The semi-finals will be played on Monday September 13, while the finals are slated for Wednesday September 15 at Kigali Arena.
