BERTRAND MUHETO, best known as B Threy is proving that other singing, he is a talented actor and is now part of the cast of a new movie written by Serge Girishya, titled ‘Duty Chapter II’’.

A week ago, DJ Marnaud and Mike Kayihura released a song dubbed ‘Iyoroshye’, the movie’s soundtrack.

"Acting is one of the many talents that I have but was not aware of. I also surprised myself for real” B Threy told The New Times.

He explained that his character in the movie all started when the ‘Duty’ director, Serge Girishya, introduced the idea to him and after the first audition, he was casted.

The Kinyatrap artiste, known for his ‘Inzira’ and ‘Aye’ hit songs said that he is overwhelmed by the feedback he has received so far.

"I was overwhelmed with joy, so many people are telling me that I did well and assure me that acting should be added on my list of talents.”

He added that this is just the beginning of his acting career as he is also working to star in another movie by ‘Climax Visual’ that usually shoots his music videos.

"So many people think that I am quitting music. I acted in that movie to showcase my other talent, support the entertainment industry, as well as make money too. Music brings food to my table so I can’t betray such a God-given gift.”

Serge Girishya, explained more about this movie which has some life lessons like trust, love and partly entertainment.

About B Threy’s talent in this movie, Girishya said that he was so impressed by his talent.

"I have known B Threy for long and I could see the acting talent in him. I just had to make sure that he acts in my movie and surprisingly, he went beyond my expectations. He didn’t disappoint me at all, instead whoever looking for an actor should really try to get to him since he is so good at it,” he said.
