Rwanda registers 130 new Covid-19 cases, three deaths

Rwanda on Friday, March 19, reported 130 new Covid-19 infections and three fatalities linked to the virus.

On the same day, 136 people recovered from it. So far, the country has confirmed a total 20,681 cases, of whom 19,143 have already recovered.

The Covid-19 death toll so far stands at 287.

Meanwhile, on Friday, 5,666 people were vaccinated against the virus, raising the tally of those vaccinated to 329,410.

Rwanda eyes to vaccinate 30 percent of her population by the end of this year, and 60 percent by the end of 2021.
