Rwanda on Sunday, February 21, reported 65 new Covid-19 cases. This raised the country's tally of positive cases to 18,053.

On the same day, 206 people recovered from the virus. Overall, the country has 1,001 active cases of Covid-19, of whom nine are in critical condition.

Meanwhile, Sunday saw two people succumbing to Covid-19. Rwanda has so far registered 249 fatalities linked to the virus.

According to the Ministry of Health, the latest results were obtained from 4,128 sample tests collected in the last 24 hours.
