Yet another multi-million complex is to opened
for businesses in Kigali City.

The building in Gacuriro, a Kigali City suburb, will have salons, a beauty centre, laundry services, restaurants and a modern club.

Barry Ndengeyingoma, the proprietor, who also owns Palm Hotel in Gisenyi however is tight lipped about how much the building cost him.

He says money matters are sensitive in Rwanda.

But the only comment he is willing to share is:  "At first, the idea was opening up a night club, but later I realised that it couldn’t yield enough money for me,” he said.

Samia Fnine, the complex manager said world fusion food, colourful dishes, cocktails and classy services will also be provided at the complex.

The centre will start monthly ladies nights, and other theme events such as poetry night, jazz & blues night, oldies night, East and West African night, Latino night but the exact dates are not yet fixed.

"We shall also introduce special buffets for the special theme events, because Kigali needs some more entertainment and new concepts”.
