Alyn Sano is working on her new album which, she says if all goes well, her fans should expect it soon.

The afro-pop singer says the album entitles 11 new songs, which are all inspiring, and tackling different issues that people go through in their daily lives. She says that the title of the album will be from one of her latest singles.

Besides, the fast-rising musician, real name Aline Sano Shengero,  also says some songs are about women, society, and love.

"In the songs, I will also be talking about my late father who died and I didn’t have an opportunity to know who he really was,” she adds.

Sano promises that some of the songs in the album will be featuring international artistes.

This comes after the musician’s single by the name ‘Joni’ gained more viewers on her YouTube channel just two days after the song was out. The song so far has more than 27,179 views.

According to Sano, the song is about women and young girls out there, to be bold enough to tell their men they love them, even if they are going to be the first ones to make the move.

"Joni is a romantic song that was inspired by my friend’s story; she used to take her man’s love for granted-to the point of almost losing him. She later discovered that she also loved the man deeply, and so they finally fell in love,” she says.

The song lyrics were written by the musician herself and produced by The Flyest Music. The ‘For us’ singer has in recent months been making major musical breakthroughs in her blossoming career as she seeks to establish herself as one of the most talented female artistes in Rwanda.

She is also slated to perform on My Talent Live Music concerts organised by East African Promoters (EAP) which air on Rwanda Television. Her performance is scheduled for Christmas Eve.
