No oil should be added. This dish can be accompanied with rice or chapatti.

INGREDIENTS

Full local chicken Local corn Potatoes Tomatoes Onions Celery Carrots Garlic Salt Curry Green pepper Home-grown rosemary Home-grown oregano

PREPARATION

1) Cut your chicken into pieces. Cut all your vegetables into small cubes. No need to peel your potatoes.

2) In your pot, add water, oregano, and rosemary. Once the water is boiling. Add your pieces of chicken inside. Let it cook for 40 minutes. (If you have a pressure pot, 20 minutes will do).

3) Once the chicken is almost ready, put in your pieces of corn (25 minutes).

4) Once the corn is ready, add in your pieces of potatoes.

5) Once the potatoes are ready, add the rest of the vegetables let it boil for 10 minutes.

6) Once everything is about to be ready, add your tomatoes, salt, pepper and freshly sliced garlic inside. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
