It’s time to party and people across Kigali could, for the first time, celebrate the festive season experiencing Kigali’s nightlife in the Kigali City Tour bus during the forthcoming entertainment event slated for Friday, December 27.

Dubbed ‘Party on the Move’, the event is organized by Mr C Management, an entertainment tourism creative agency, in partnership with Kigali City tour to give Rwandans and holidaymakers a chance  to tour the city, in a night tailored itinerary.

"We don’t want to see Kigali boring at night anymore. Some people tend to copy others when it comes to organising entertainment events and, in the end, we lack creativity in what we bring to the party people but we hope, through this event, we can bring a new nightlife experience, something we wish to keep doing in the future,” Christian Habimana, the event organizer, said.

Habimana said they will keep partnering with Kigali City tour in more entertainment tourism initiatives in the future to promote Visit Rwanda campaign and help people experience the beauty of Rwanda while having fun.

During the party on the bus, people will be touring different places across the City of Kigali through the night while enjoying the best music mix from Kigali’s finest DJs Marnaud, Toxxyk, Miller, Diallo, Kalexx and Xtrem. They will be spinning the decks during a silent disco on board the bus, while there will an onboard bar and club venues stops among scheduled activities scheduled in the bus to make the tour more entertaining.

They will also be able to go clubbing in two different club venue stops as well participate in live cocktail mixology.

Habimana further revealed that there is a limited number of tickets given that the capacity of the venue [Kigali City Tour bus] can cater for less than 60 people.

However, he added that they will continue to work closely with Kigali City Tour to expand the event venues that can accommodate a bigger number of people as soon as new tour buses are brought in town as they look to boost tourism in Kigali.

"Hopefully, our partner will get us new tour buses so we can host more people in future events,” he said.

People will board  the bus at 9.30 pm at KBC Parking before the bus party starts at 10 pm, till late.

Admission to the party is Rwf30 000 that covers free drinks and club admissions and only ID holders will be allowed to attend.

Tickets are already on sale via www.rgtickets.com  and at different business stops in Kigali like Bem Bonita (Kigali Heights) and Camellia KBC.
