City of Kigali authorities and a delegation from Rhineland-Palatinate met in Kigali on Sunday and discussed a wide range of development-related issues. The Kigali team was led by Mayor Pudence Rubingisa while the delegates from Rhineland-Palatinate were led by Dr. Stephanie Hubig, the Minister of Culture and Education.
