When Rwandatel introduced its GSM mobile phone network which is advantageous to the customer, competition became heated. Bonuses were offered and customers felt like ‘kings’ for the first time.

I would be even happier if even more companies came in to make the competition even stiffer. Competition is always healthy, since it increases quality and care - all benefiting the customer.
