Geoffrey Manyara has clinched the Bralirwa Golf Corporate tournament’s title for the month of July after returning twenty-two points.

The July edition of the monthly event was held Friday at Kigali Golf Club, in Nyarutarama.

Gideon Kayinamura finished second, while Kennedy Mirichu completed top three. Over 35 golfers took part in the one-day competition.

"I prepared for this win for the last three years,” Manyara said briefly after receiving the trophy. He also commended the event sponsors, Bralirwa Ltd, and the hosts, Kigali Golf Club, for their consistency in organising the event since its inauguration in January.

The longest drive award in men’s category went to Benjamini Mukisa, while Jenny Linda scooped the award in women’s category. The latter also claimed the award for the nearest to the pin for ladies.

Stephen Katwiremu won the nearest to the pin prize in men’s section, with Gerard Sezibera taking home the award for the piga ming player of the tournament.
