Credit crunch effect?

Could it have been caused by the Global credit crunch? Snoops tell us that two babes who work for a certain bank fought over a guy last Wednesday! Allen and Claudine, were those the names?

According to our scouts, these babes where clashing for Pacific. Snoops say Claudine has been encroaching on an already occupied territory.

We hear she has been moving out with Pacific frequently and that recently bought him a Black Berry mobile phone, yet she knew that Pacific is already committed to Allen.

These snoops also have it that the Pacific was actually supposed to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Allen, his long-time lover.

Rumour has it that when Allen found out, she went nuts and started sending threatening messages to Claudine. Meanwhile, Pacific is torn between the two babes and has left them to sort themselves out.

Rwanda’s Dusabe for UK

Rumours is buzzing around that Rwanda’s super model Nenette Dusabe, will be travelling to the UK in May.

Scouts have it that the beauty will be undergoing intensive rehearsals in preparation for the forthcoming modelling competition slated for June, in Greece.

Recently, it was reported that Dusabe had emerged the 2nd runner up in the recent Miss East Africa competitions, which were held in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania.

Her close friends revealed to scouts that the model is very excited, bragging around as she hopes that competition will create her fame within the country and beyond, thus making her dream a reality.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old gorgeous and talented model was also among the beauty pageants who contested for Miss Kigali 2008.

Official declines to speak in English

Latest on our grapevine is that of one of our officials who recently declined to speak in English, a language the journalist claims he knows well.

Scouts have it that the incident happened when a journalist from one of the local media houses contacted this official to comment on certain allegations made against him by a certain company.

We hear, at first, this official pretended not hear what the journalist was saying. The journalist however persisted until the official ordered him to speak in Kinyarwanda, or drop the matter, as he claimed that he didn’t ‘understand’ the language he was interviewed in.

Drama at Parliament

Don’t go searching for tickets. It was just a one off incident at Parliament’s restaurant. A certain female journalist from one of our local media houses left a tale to tell when a fat lizard fell into her blouse.

According to the scouts, the tall and slender lady who was clad in a skirt and fancy top, almost blasted-off her top as she struggled to remove the lizard which was majestically ricocheting between her you-know-whats.

We hear she started screaming but was soon rescued by the people who were in the restaurant. Thank God, she didn’t undress herself to give a strip show to the men, who seemed anticipating! Now that’s one stubborn lizard.
