Barely a month after surviving an accident that did not leave him with serious injuries, gospel artiste and worship leader Prosper Nkomezi is set to launch his maiden concert that is dubbed: Ibasha Gukora, which translates as ‘’He is able to do’’.

Known for a number of songs such as Sinzahemwa, humura, ibasha gukora, singitinya and nzayivuga among others, Nkomezi has promised the lovers of Christ an amazing show this Sunday, July 7, at the Kigali Serena Hotel.

The show will have a number of fellow gospel artistes, such as Simon Kabera, Bosco Nshuti, Serge Iyamuremye, Healing worship team and Alarm Ministries.

Christopher Sebagabo of Calvary Ministry will be the preacher of the day.

In an interview with one of the event organisers, Prosper Nkomezi has a lot he owes to the Lord thus the suitable time for such a concert. Frederic  Byumvuhore says that the show comes at a time when Nkomezi has just survived an accident that happened at the  Controle Technique in Remera last month.

Byumvuhore said that Nkomezi was on a motorcycle heading to town to meet someone when a car collided with the motorcycle and he only realised he was on the ground with barely any damage and he owes the protection and life to the Lord and a more reason to organise such a concert.

The show will be at the Kigali Serena Hotel and gates will be open at 3pm. For the early bird offer, ordinary tickets go for Rwf3000, VIP ticket will go for Rwf8000 and the VVIP ticket will go for Rwf15,000. However, t the gate, the Ordinary ticket will cost Rwf5000 whereas the VIP ticket will go for only Rwf 10,000 and the VVIP ticket will remain at the same price.
