A big number of Kigalians where out last night for the 5th edition of the Kigali Night Run.

Unlike other races, most of the the runners run the 5.4km race with big smiles, enjoying the fresh Kigali greenery.

The race begun from Kigali Convention Centre/Kigali Business Centre roundabout and ended at the Prime Minister’s Office (Primature) roundabout in Kimihurura.

The Kigali Night Run is largely a curtain-raiser for the annual Kigali International Peace Marathon. This year’s peace marathon is set for June 16.

The last time Kigali Night Run took place was during the 2019 Transform Africa Summit in Kigali three weeks ago
