As government and business leaders concluded this year’s edition of the National Leadership Retreat, President Paul Kagame challenged them to change their mindset toward work if they are to guide the country towards its development ambitions.

Among the highlights of this year’s retreat, Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta made a surprise visit, held a meeting with President Kagame before addressing Rwandan leaders.
