Gasogi United will be eyeing all the three points when they face Esperance on Saturday afternoon at Mumena Stadium as they seek to keep hold of the pole position in Group A of the 2018/2019 second division league.

Marcel Lomami’s side are flying high atop Group A table with 26 points, one ahead of second-place Vision FC who take on Aspor.

"It is going to be a tough match on both sides, especially us who will be the visitors, but my boys are up for the challenge. We want the three points and end the league’s first-leg on a high,” said Lomami.

The former Rayon Sports assistant coach further appealed to his players to ‘be cautious’ in their defending and ‘highly efficient’ in the attack.

In another awaited Group A fixture, Sorwathe, who are in third position with 21 points, travel to Umuganda grounds for an away clash against Rubavu-based Vision Jeunesse Nouvelle. 

In Group B, Unity and Interforce tussle it out at Mageragere playground, Rwamagana delight Gitikinyoni at Rwamagana grounds, Hope FC take on leaders Intare in Rutsiro District while Heroes and former Azam Rwanda Premier League side Miroplast square-off at Kicukiro Stadium.

Reigning champions Intare top the table standing with 20 points, Hope are second with one point behind while Etoile de l’est FC are in third place with 18 points.
