Kung-Fu youngsters head to China for spring festival

Fifteen young Kungu-Fu athletes departed for Changsha in China on Sunday night aboard an Ethiopian Airlines flight, ahead of the Global Spring Festival which is set for January 18. 

Rwanda’s Kung-Fu Federation president Marc Uwiragiye told Times Sport that they believe the young athletes will do well in the competition. 

The youngsters were selected from age bracket 7-21.

"We are looking forward to learn more skills in Kungu-Fu, I think these young players will get more experience,” said Uwiragiye.
