BAL announces ticket prices for Kigali playoffs

The Basketball Africa League (BAL) has announced ticket sales information for the league’s playoffs and finals, which will take place in Kigali from May 24 to June 1.

Scheduled to unfold at the BK Arena, the playoffs and finals will culminate in the crowning of the 2024 BAL champion.

Currently, the teams that have made it to the playoffs are FUS Rabat Basketball (Morocco) and Petro de Luanda (Angola) which finished as the top two teams at the Kalahari Conference group phase of the BAL which was played in South Africa in March.

Currently, the Nile Conference is ongoing in Cairo Egypt, after which the Sahara Conference will take place.

Tickets for the games in Kigali are on sale now at the BAL official website and Ticquet.rw, with a ticket for the quarter-finals and semi-finals going for as low as Frw 1,600.

The quarter-final and semi-final games will be played on May 26, May 27, and May 29.

Fans can save up to 20 percent on single ticket prices by purchasing a tournament pass to watch all games during the playoffs and finals. Fans who buy tickets will have free access to the BAL Fan Zone at BK Arena.

The 2024 BAL season is reaching fans in 214 countries and territories in 17 languages through free-to-air and paid TV broadcast partnerships with the African Union of Broadcasting, American Forces Network (AFN), Canal+, NBA TV, Tencent Video, TSN, TV5 Monde, Visionary TV and Voice of America (VOA), and livestreaming on the NBA App, NBA.com, BAL.NBA.com and the BAL’s YouTube channel.
