Interforce will be looking to stun champions Intare when the two sides face-off in a Group B clash of the second tier league at Kicukiro Stadium on Saturday. Kick off 1pm.

After losing their league opener, 2-1, to Etoile de l’Est a fortnight ago, Interforce eye victory against Intare to make it two wins in a row following their 3-0 comfortable triumph over Unity FC last weekend.

Intare lead Group B with 6 points, level with Hope FC who face Pepiniere on Saturday. The latter are in third position with 4 points.

"It is a new season, and we are still right at the beginning. Our target is to earn promotion to topflight league next season and we will have to work for it. We can’t afford dropping points for a second time just in three games,” said Interforce coach Ildephonse Nkotanyi.

He added: "We are on quest to build consistency.”
