I write with a lot of disgust about the numerous stray dogs that roam in Kicukiro. These dogs move about aimlessly and at one time, I heard that they bit a neighbours’ child.

Since they are all over the place, I am wondering, is Kigali City Council doing its work? 

Get rid of them or should we organise ourselves and hunt them down (umuganda) style? Something should be done or else many of us will be forced to head home sooner than later in fear of being attacked by these dangerous nocturnals.

I believe that everyone would like to do whatever they do and return home at their own time not because they are afraid of something.
