The U-18 national team assistant coach Yves Rwasamanzi has blasted his payers over the continued vanishing during the Europe-organized training missions.

Rwasamanzi said recently that the continued escaping of Rwandan players would hinder the country’s preparation for the U-20 Africa Youth Championship which will be staged here in Kigali in two years’ time.

"Personally I feel humiliated to see our young players vanishing every time they travel to Europe,” the Jeunesse head coach admitted. He noted, "And what hurts me most is the fact that my players (at Jeunesse) are leading the list of players vanishing every time they go for these training missions.”

The club has lost three talented young players on two training missions this year in Germany.

The youthful coach further noted that despite tight security on the players while in Germany, none of them can be trusted again because their continued disappearance will in the end affect the country’s preparation for Youth Championship.
