FEATURED: Access Bank Rwanda caps up service week with cake

Access Bank Rwanda took the opportunity to show appreciation to its customers during the annual Customer Service Week that ran from 1st to 5th October. The bank held different activities in all its branches, which included serving customers throughout the week with refreshments as a humble sign of appreciation by the bank’s staff and management.

In line with one of Access Bank’s core values "Passion for Customers”, during the course of the week; the Management team served customers in various capacities in the Banking hall, an internal training on "Customer Service” for all staff was held and a Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted across all branches all aimed at ensuring excellent customer experience for its customers.

To cap the week, cake and refreshments were shared among customers and staff to mark the closure of the customer service week.

The Managing Director of Access Bank Rwanda Jean Claude Karayenzi explained that their customers are what makes them what they are in the service business and that during the week-long event, they have been giving back and appreciating them for choosing Access Bank

"We have been appreciating and engaging with our customers and the result will be giving them better service for years after knowing what issues we are to address that were not working well” he explained

He also promised that the Bank is working on improving its online services to make it more convenient for their customers to transact.
