APR Volleyball Club had to make a come-back from one set down to record an important 3-2 win over rivals Police at Remera Court on Sunday, March 24.

Police started the game brightly and took the first set 25-23, but APR bounced back to win the second one 25-22.

The law enforcers persisted in their fight as they won their second set 25-17, to force the game into the fourth set.

APR, through its key players like Prince Kanamugire and Cedric Ngaboyintwari, won their second and third set, 25-19 and 15-9 respectively to register their eight win after ten games in the first round.

APR is currently in the third position on the league table with 20 points, while Rwanda Energy Group is in the first place with 23 points and Kepler is second with 21 points.

In the women's category, APR beat Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-22) to continue leading the rankings with 13 points.
