Tom Close’s music captures international airwaves

‘The sky is the limit,’ so goes a common proverb. And this is what we are currently witnessing from one of our young talented local singer, Tom Close, who is determined to raise his talent to the heights. According to our scouts, the RnB singer is now not only famous in the country, but his fame has crossed boarders and oceans.

The fine-looking youth recently proved to his local fans that he’s Rwanda’s master in RnB. He thrilled the crowds with his jigs during MTN’s 10th Anniversary, and Rwandatel’s launch of 3G and GSM mobile services. Here, he performed with the world’s celebrated reggae and dancehall stars, Jamaican-US based stars Sean Paul and Shaggy.

Also known for his latest hit ‘Kucyi?’ (Why?) which recently got him on the Voice of America (VOA), Tom Close is now worth being called a star.

A close friend to Close told our scouts that the second-year medical student at the National University of Rwanda is not only talented in music, but is also a genius in studies. Keep it up Tom.

Jealous lady splashes wine on her fiancé

This was really embarrassing! Word reaching us is that a woman only identified as Claudine, embarrassed her long-term boyfriend, Jean Marie at Cadillac on allegations of cheating.

Snoops say Claudine splashed her fiancé’s face with Amarula accusing him of cheating on her.

According to the snoops, it all started when Jean Marie left Claudine in the bar and secretly went in the car-parking yard to share some light moments with his new catch.

When Claudine suspected foul play, she went berserk and started sending him threatening texts, but still Jean Marie ignored, because at the time he did not wish for any interruptions, not even from his fiancé.

Scouts have it that after being splashed with the Amarula, shame faced Jean Marie fled from more embarrassment and went home.

Wonders will never cease to happen!

This is really true, though sickening! Scouts have it that a guy, identified only as Peter hit his lover, Justine, with a bottle at La Planet, a popular nightspot in Kigali.

Snoops say jealous Peter threw a bottle which landed on Justine’s tender face, after he had suspected her of secretly exchanging contacts with other guys she found there.

As if that wasn’t enough disrespect, he continued to insult her in public, calling her a whole, and a dishonest character.

"It’s over, and never dare following me…you foolish woman!” He shouted as he slapped her several times.

Scouts have it that Justine was rescued by two guys who grabbed Peter. She left him seething like an angry buffalo.
