Evening discussion with Boniface Mwangi

Kenyan author, photographer, activist and TED fellow, Boniface Mwangi, is in Kigali for a few days and will this evening be at Impact Hub Kigali where he will discuss his book ‘Unbounded’, which is a collection of engaging personal stories that shaped his life. The event starts at 5:30pm. Entrance is free.

Urban Friday

K Club Lifestyle will this evening host DJ Apeman from Uganda who will be playing a selection of music with VDJ Danches from 8pm till late.

Free make up and head wrap tutorial

Icyeza and Gogoglosh are organising the Pop Up Shop that will happen this Saturday at the Kigali Culture Village. There will be free tutorials for make-up and head wrapping from 3pm to 5pm. Entrance is free.

Outdoor movie

Bring your family and friends for the very first outdoor movie in Kigali happening June 9 at Caiman, Kibagabaga. Pizza, fries, nyama choma and all kinds of drinks will be available. It starts at 6pm and entrance is Rwf3, 000.

Europe Street Fair

The EU Street Fair is back and will be taking place on June 9 at Kigali Car Free Zone, from 2pm till late. Bring your family and friends for fun activities, entertainment and live music by Sebeya Band, Bruce Melodie, Dream Boys, Jay Polly, Weya Viatora, Angel Mutoni and DJ Toxxyk, hosted by comedian Arthur Nkusi. Free entry.
