I would like to inform the relevant Kigali City authorities about the bad conduct of some landlords who do not care about the life and health of their tenants.

For instance, in both Nyamirambo and Gitega suburbs, I have seen families with latrines which are in bad condition; they got filled up, and they cannot be used.

When the landlords bring people to empty them, they instead dump the waste in compounds in the neighbourhood. This is a potential health disaster given the heavy rains.

I appeal to KCC to start inspecting houses to ensure proper hygiene.
