Today Sunrise Vs APR Marines Vs Miroplast

APR FC take on Sunrise in the Azam premier league today knowing that a win will take them top of the league table but they will need to do that without key midfielder player Djihad Bizimana who is currently on trial with Belgian first division side Waasland-Beveren.

The 21 year-old has played every league game this season until today and scored four goals and provided eight assists. Bizimana joined APR three years ago and has since been an influential player at the club helping them to two league titles and one Peace Cup.

Coach Ljubomir Petrovic is likely to call up Andrew Buteera or Fabrice Martin Twizerimana to replace Bizimana in midfield.

A win for APR will see the military side go top of the league table, one point ahead of current leaders Rayon Sports who are not in league action until next week due to CAF commitments. However, Sunrise will also be gunning for a win knowing that it takes them 4th in the league table.

Elsewhere, Marines who are 11th take on second from bottom Miroplast at Umuganda Stadium.
