The Rwandan delegation has arrived in Gold Coast, Australia ahead of the 2018 commonwealth games slated from April 4 to 15 2018.

The teams that have already arrived in Australia include the volleyball teams, powerlifting and other athletes. The cycling team is expected in the coming days.

The Rwandan delegation was led by the Chairman of the Rwanda National Olympic Committee, Amb Valence Munyabagisha.

The delegation was received by the President of the Rwandan Community in Australia, Emmanuel Karekezi and will be facilitated by the Livingston Christian Academy during the games, according to a statement from the Rwandan High Commission in Singapore.
