Singer James Manzi, aka Humble Jizzo, and his wife Amy Blauman, welcomed their daughter on Thursday in the United States of America.

According to Humble Jizzo, the operation took place at 7.30pm US time at Confluence Health Hospital in Wenatchee City, Washington DC, and it went smoothly as "both mother and baby are in good condition.”

"They are doing well and I am so happy to welcome my daughter. I am proud to be a father,” he told The New Times on Friday.

The couple have been in the US since December where they spent time with the Blauman’s family.

The artiste says he looks forward to returning home and continuing with his music career alongside Nizzo Muhammed. The two are yet to release their new track ‘Kigali Love’ and also have an album coming up.

The couple has been together since 2015 and got engaged just months before the wife gave birth. They are expected to have a wedding as soon as they return to Rwanda.

A lot was said about the artiste’s departure to the US, including a possible end to Urban Boys.

But the singer refuted the rumours saying he was only there to visit his wife’s family and prepare for the birth of his child.
