Rulindo District-based Sorwathe, lead Pool A with 25 points, three points ahead of Pépinière with 22 points.
Sorwathe FC head coach Comalade Banamwana said will start the second round looking for a win against Estoile de l’Est.
Elsewhere in Pool A, Gasabo and Pepiniere battle at Ferwafa playgrounds, Unity will host Vision, Rwamagana City and Aspor face-off in Gitikinyoni Fc.
Nevertheless, Nyagatare supposed to face Esperance but a Game called off due to Nyagatare suspension.
In other pool B fixtures, United Stars face La Jeunesse, UR will be up against Heroes at Kamena grounds, Rugende hosts AS Muhanga, Intare play with Hope while Vision JN host SEC at (Umuganda pitch).
