To improve government service accessibility and transparency, Irembo introduced the Ntuyarenze Tariff initiative which promotes inclusivity and equal access to services and enhances the efficiency of the IremboGov platform, streamlining government service delivery.

The initiative seeks to empower citizens to make informed decisions about service utilization and helps agents communicate pricing to clients more effectively by providing clear information on tariffs for accessing Irembo services through agents, ensuring transparency, trust, and confidence in government transactions.
