RE:"Local innovators, entrepreneurs call for action to address challenges facing Africa” (The New Times, October 26). Young entrepreneurs are going to be the key to reducing high unemployment rates in Rwanda. They are not waiting for jobs, but are instead creating some for themselves and others. They are not increasing unemployment, but are instead contributing toward its reduction. Private and public support to SMEs should move from talk to action.
