Officials at the Ministry of Infrastructure have faulted Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperative over unfair working conditions it subjects its drivers to, including the requirement to transport a minimum of 800 passengers a day, which puts drivers under a lot of pressure, sometimes resulting into road accidents.
