President Paul Kagame on Sunday, February 11, arrived in Dubai, UAE, where he will participate in the 11th World Governments Summit (WGS).

The gathering will bring together leaders, experts and senior officials from more than 150 countries, to address future trends and shifts on the global level as well as ways to foster collaboration regionally and globally.

The next day, on the morning of February 12, President Kagame is scheduled to participate in a one-on-one conversation with CNN’s News Anchor and Correspondent Eleni Giokos.

The WGS is an inclusive platform that focuses on forming and exploring future governments and building a better future for humanity and establishing international partnerships based on inspiring future governments.
