Justice has been finally delivered. Men in uniform should always behave in an exemplary manner. They should always remember that they are being watched by everyone in society. Youth see you as inspirational; children see you as peacemakers and the society regard you as their defenders. So anything that paints a bad picture of you should be avoided at any cost.

Rwanda Defense Forces will never accept to carry your burden at this point where you have messed up with people whom you ought to protect. The rule of law reigns in Rwanda, from an army general down to the common people.
