Rwanda chose the path of unity and reconciliation

This is an excellent rebuttal to the German ambassador’s attempts at giving lessons to Rwanda on the need to deliver justice rather than revenge.

This is an excellent rebuttal to the German ambassador’s attempts at giving lessons to Rwanda on the need to deliver justice rather than revenge. Rwandans have no lessons to learn on the need to avoid revenge from anyone in the world, let alone from those in the West who forsook us when we needed them most.

No people anywhere have demonstrated their commitment to not only not seek revenge, but to forgive and reconcile with those who were hunting them for extermination not so long, ago and who did in fact exterminate a million of theirs.
