What the Kenneth Roth of the western (mostly) world are doing is pretty much what Western regimes always do. The minute a nation from the so called "Global South” shows stamina and does things according to the nation’s historical perspective and it works, the West immediately trembles because its alleged superiority falls flat.

Western models of democracy aren’t even monolithic across the board. Most European nations are monarchies. British North America’s bipartisanship is just a facade. So called liberals and conservatives are bedfellows. Those who actually run things are lobbies from multinational corporations and dynasties that run them.

One thing is certain: avoid engaging them whenever they inject themselves in those conversations that should be and must be about us for us and by us.

Westerners who wish to participate can talk about it among themselves. No more centering them in our conversations. Enough!
