Ahava Worship, a Bugesera-based gospel group is set to launch a 10-track album titled Iratuzi in August.

The Group’s new album includes tracks like Nemerewe, Nihashimwe, Yambaye Icyubahiro, Ni we zingiro, Ni hashimwe, Ndatuje, Mpagijwe, Iratuzi and Kirisitu.

Ahava Worship leader, James Semuto, said preparations are ongoing for the launch which will take place at EERN Church Nyamata, Bugesera.

He says the message in the tracks is the love of Christ and forgiveness that lies in Christ.

He adds that a big number of people do not believe that their sins can be washed away, thus, their message aims at encouraging people to believe in Christ and salvation.

"In 2011, many members were inexperienced and young, however, as years went by, they gained experience and have been performing in different churches. Having their first album out is a huge step taken,” Semuto says.

He is confident that the concert will be a success and take the group to greater heights.

"We hope the message in our songs will impact society,” he says.

The concert will attract other gospel worship teams like Healing Ministries, and Maranatha Choir among others.
