Don’t concentrate on your weaknesses

RE: "Designing your vision for success” (The New Times, July 13).

I like the KFC example used by the writer to illustrate the point. You nailed it. Knowing yourself is about knowing your worth. We all have strengths and weaknesses but, unfortunately, people often spend time on their weaknesses when it comes to knowing themselves.

Albert Einstein once said, "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

So, knowing where one’s strength lies is the key. After all, some weaknesses are not even real. Remember: Everybody is a genius.
