Dream Boys win Primus Guma Guma Super Star Season 7 title

Dream Boys emerged the winners of Primus Guma Guma Super Star Season 7 (PGGSS7) on Saturday evening, walking away with the grand prize of Rwf24m.

Dream Boys emerged the winners of Primus Guma Guma Super Star Season 7 (PGGSS7) on Saturday evening, walking away with the grand prize of Rwf24m.

The duo beat RnB singer Christopher, who for the second year running emerged second, walking away with a prize of Rwf4.5m. Rapper Bulldogg finished 3rd, taking home a reward of Rwf4m.

Dream Boys emerged winners of the annual music competition sponsored by BRALIRWA, through its premier beer brand Primus, on their fourth attempt.

There was drama as some of the artistes protested the positions they got, with the likes of rapper Danny Nanone, who finished 9th, walking off the stage in protest.

The winners were announced after a compilation of results from the judges and the public, following their performances on the road shows and finale. The elated Dream Boys become the second group to win the music contest after Urban Boys last year.
