EAC must remain firm on cagua

All this AGOA (Africa Growth Opportunity Act) stuff is about that saying of 'keeping your enemy closer' and when the time comes you find yourself on your own.

Editor,

RE: "Phasing out second hand clothes is all in our interests" (The New Times, June 22).

All this AGOA (Africa Growth Opportunity Act) stuff is about that saying of "keeping your enemy closer” and when the time comes you find yourself on your own.

The intention from EAC is to keep its citizen healthy and its environment clean from used clothes.

For the giant US, its intention is to make money by looking after the interest of its capitalist companies which are in the hands of few.
