Rwamagana City FC, Miroplast FC and AS Muhanga have booked their places in the last four of the 2017 Second Division league playoffs following decisive second leg victories in the quarter-finals played on Saturday.

At Gishari Police Grounds, Rwamagana City thrashed Heroes FC 3-0 to reach the semi-final round 4-1 on aggregate following a 1-all draw in the first leg.

In Muhanga, AS Muhanga played a goalless draw against Rugende FC to seal their semis ticket 3-2 on aggregate registered in the first leg.

In Kigali, Miroplast FC, who went into the game with a 2-3 deficit, registered a 1-0 win at home against Sorwathe FC to sneak through to the last four on the away-goal rule.

The quarter-final second leg game between Isonga FC and Vision FC was postponed to June 10 following a request from the visitors owing to the fact all its players are participating in the Amashuri Kagame Cup finals in Huye.

Isonga FC are favourites to join the trio into the last four following a 2-0 win they secured in the first leg. The two finalists will earn promotion to the topflight league next season.
