FDLR militia needs to liberate itself from hate

RE: "FDLR commander speaks about recent infighting in the camp” (The New Times, April 24). It is not surprising that the FDLR would not want their "non-combatant” dependents to have access to UNHCR relief resources. As genocide researcher Tom Ndahiro is quoted in this article, "The biggest threat posed by FDLR is not military but ideology”.

As with any terrorist group, when FDLR feeds its followers lies, this can only be sustained if the terror group keeps its followers locked inside a vacuum. A vacuum inside which FDLR followers completely abdicate any form of rational intellectual thought, self-reflection and decision-making to the chief terrorists at the head of the FDLR. In such a scenario, personal opinions, world views and perspectives are no longer arrived at autonomously. On the contrary, the people living as dependents of such terror groups, end up being programmed shells.

If FLDR’s genocidal ideology had even a shred of intellectual merit, and if the perspectives they propagate about Rwanda, its people and their government were logical, these terrorists would not fear letting their dependents step outside this vacuum of lies and hatred and see reality and thereby the truth, for themselves.

However, as the famous saying goes, "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time”.

The truth has already begun chewing away at the rotten foundations of the FLDR house of evil, and it’s only a matter of time before it all comes down.

If these FDLR terrorists cared even a little bit about their dependents, then this terror group would not wish for them to remain in a foreign jungle for decades on end, surviving rather than living, and playing the fools in another man’s delusion.

Your days are numbered, FDLR. If you want to liberate anything, liberate your minds from evil lies and crippling ignorance.
